Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusive “Free Camera” promotion offered by MurraySafe Security (“we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible ticket holders of Shrek the Musical presented by Next Gen Theatre Collective (or Next Gen Theatre Company).

1. Eligibility

1.1 To be eligible, the customer (“you”) must have held a valid ticket to, and attended, Shrek the Musical presented by Next Gen Theatre Collective at the Albury Entertainment Centre on one of the following performance dates:

Thursday 10 September 2026, 7:30pm
Friday 11 September 2026, 7:30pm
Saturday 12 September 2026, 1:00pm or 7:30pm

1.2 Proof of ticket purchase and attendance may be required (e.g. digital ticket, receipt, photo of ticket stub, or booking confirmation). We reserve the right to request reasonable verification.

1.3 This offer is available only to genuine ticket holders. Staff, contractors, or immediate family of Next Gen Theatre Collective or MurraySafe Security are not eligible unless otherwise approved in writing.

2. The Offer

2.1 Eligible customers who book a free no-obligation security consultation/conversation with MurraySafe Security, and where that conversation results in a confirmed booking for a security system installation or supply package, will receive one (1) free camera as part of the overall solution.

2.2 The free camera is the Dahua DH-IPC-HDW3667EM-S-IL-ANZ 6MP Dual Light Turret Network Camera (AcuPick / WizSense).

2.3 The free camera is supplied only as part of a paid security system package (cameras, NVR/recorder, cabling, labour, or other components as quoted). It cannot be claimed as a standalone free item.

2.4 Installation of the free camera is not included. The free item is the supply of the camera hardware only. All labour, mounting, cabling, configuration, and related installation costs remain payable by the customer at our standard rates (or as quoted).

3. How to Claim

3.1 Contact MurraySafe Security (via phone, website enquiry, QR code from the show program, social media, or in person) and clearly state you are a Shrek the Musical ticket holder claiming the Free Camera promotion.

3.2 Book and complete a free security consultation.

3.3 If the consultation leads to a confirmed booking and signed agreement/quote acceptance for a security system package, the free camera will be applied as a credit/discount against the total package price (or supplied at no charge for the camera unit itself).

3.4 The free camera will be itemised on the quote/invoice so the value is transparent.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

4.1 One free camera per household / business / booking only.

4.2 The free camera must form part of a genuine security system solution. We reserve the right to decline the free camera if the overall package is minimal or appears designed solely to obtain the free item.

4.3 Offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, credit, or alternative products, and cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special pricing unless we agree in writing.

4.4 The free camera is subject to availability. If the specified Dahua model is unavailable, we may substitute an equivalent or better 6MP (or higher) IP turret camera of similar specification at our discretion.

4.5 The offer does not include: additional cameras, NVR/recorder, hard drives, monitors, power supplies, labour, travel, cabling, brackets, or any other accessories or services.

4.6 Standard warranty on the free camera applies as per the manufacturer (Dahua) and our normal terms. No extended or additional warranty is provided beyond what is offered on paid equipment.

5. General Conditions

5.1 All work and supply remain subject to MurraySafe Security’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, Installation, and Service (available on request or on our website). In the event of any conflict, these Promotion Terms prevail only in relation to the free camera entitlement.

5.2 You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and capable of entering a binding contract.

5.3 We reserve the right to:

Verify eligibility and ticket authenticity
Refuse the offer if we reasonably believe it is being abused or claimed fraudulently
Amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time (existing confirmed bookings will still be honoured)

5.4 The promotion runs from the first performance date 10 September 2026 until 31 October 2026, or while stocks of the promotional camera last, whichever occurs first. Claims must be initiated within this period.

5.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

5.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
